They damaged a Mercedes engine. Overfilled it by more than an entire quart, maybe 2 or 3 times.. my engine is misfiring every time it starts. Check engine light is on. My insurance is going after them for damages. The manager hung up on me twice after I reported it. Lied about who the owner was & about business insurance. Didn’t even offer to fix it. I have the whole entire conversation on video. I am filing a claim. Then the owner or manager tried to write notes over my photos attached below—that’s why they’re screenshots of my first post. He tried to falsify the actual oil level was a dirty oil stick. I didn’t write that in, the owner did after I posted it.

Very unprofessional people work there. Not the type of people I would trust with my car. They did my state inspection and I did not notice he put the report on my dashboard. After I paid, I asked him if he gave my report, he just yelled out of no where “look at the dashboard”. Absolutely rude and unprofessional.

I was at this quick lube today(7-11-25) and I was trying to get an oil Change and to have them look at my fluids checked for my brother. as I'm sitting in the bay waiting for the oil to be done their manager I'm assuming starts causing a fuss to two other workers (Daniel and Jeremy) about something I couldn't over hear but he was talking down on both of them and all around had a horrible attitude around guest and coworkers alike. personally think he shouldn't be the face/manager if he can't control his emotions in front of customer or in general. the two techs that took care of me were fantastic on a higher note.

I went in for a State vehicle inspection. There was a young guy in an orange mirrored glasses. He did my inspection crazy fast - 5 stars for that. After the inspection he offered an oil change and around a car inspection for fluids etc. I agreed even though I was not in immediate need for an oil change. He did the oil change and the rest of the inspections in about 10 min or less which is very fast and I was very satisfied at first. I came home and decided to check on an oil level. Guess what? the oil level was significantly higher than a max level on a dipstick. This condition can cause engine damage so I grabbed my dip stick tube sucking pump and I ended up sucking out about a quart of oil…
