We took our car here because it was under warranty with Carvana and this was the closest shop that works with them, but with the incredible service we received, I would definitely go back! They communicated openly and honestly every step of the way, were friendly and professional, and did amazing work on our car. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Would highly recommend their services!

Asked for an alignment, tire pressure check and windshield wiper replacement. The staff who assisted me were sarcastic except for a nice black man. A few days later the wiper came loose and fell off while I was on the highway. I called and the guy on the phone was also not very friendly implying I was lying. Ended up going to a different shop. Also started receiving spam emails from this place.

The service here is tremendous! I came for a second opinion on my 18-year-old Nissan truck. They agreed with the dealer's diagnosis and tried to find used parts for me. They did a nationwide search, and there are no parts to be found (we have been looking online ourselves with the same results). My truck specifications and age are just not out there. My options are new Nissan parts for 1000s of dollars. My little truck has 265,000 miles. She's not worth repairing at that cost. The extra mile they took searching nationwide, hiring junk yards, and salvage yards was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. I can't use them now, but I will absolutely use them in the future…

My son contacted Austin Automotive as he was looking to have a mechanic go over his very first car he is purchasing with the money he’s been saving up over the past few years. A lot of mowed lawns in the hot Texas sun plus a lot of hours at his other job and he’s ready to pull the trigger. I’m a fair shade tree mechanic but I’m getting older than dirt and it’s hard to crawl under vehicles like I used to.
